I need to collect about 5-10 more qualifying signatures and corresponding $10 donations (that's the minimum and all I'm asking- for) in order to start cashing in my democracy vouchers!!  Help me get there by printing this out, filling it out completely, and then mailing it with a $10 check to my campaign headquarters at 1814 E.
